Finding Stillness in a Busy Life


Life can feel a little or a lot overwhelming and busy. Our minds can follow these rhythms if we are not aware and allow that to happen. We can go from one task to the next, one worry to the next. In this episode, we explore the simple practice of returning to the present moment.


Through allowing our minds to come back to center, allowing ourselves to come back to the moment, to where we are on this earth, we can center. Through mindfulness, small creative moments, and a gentle reflection on fatih and trust, this episode invites you to pause and reconnect with what is happening right now.


You'll also hear how creativity- whether painting, journaling, cooking, you fill in the blank, can help quiet the mind and bring you back to a place of calm.

A small practice for today:


Take one minute to pause. Notice your breath, your surroundings, and how your body feels. If you'd like, try a creative act-a few lines in a journal, a quick sketch, a new recipe, or simply doing something with your hands while staying present.


Let it be simple, let it be imperfect.
